Today I’m going to show you the fastest way to get your money back for fradulent FBA returns.
While Amazon is undoubtedly the top e-commerce website to get filthy rich, it’s also the top e-commerce website to get scammed by pathetic individuals who have no shame or self-respect.
They’ll buy a brand new pair of kicks from you and throw their old crusty shoes they’ve been wearing the last 12 months and Amazon won’t bat an eye.
It’s completely up to you to get your money back.
Amazon is not going to reimburse you unless you demand that they do.
You must command them to reinvestigate and reimburse you for the items that were blatantly stolen from you by lowlifes and thugs.
I already showed you how to do this in this article: How To Dispute A Fraudulent FBA Return And Get Reimbursed
Read that article to learn how to get reimbursed every single time you get scammed.
That being said, Amazon makes the process of locating your order number a complete mind fuck.
They’ll ask you to provide them with the order ID of the order where the buyer scammed you.
If you get tens of thousands of orders a month, this will be incredibly difficult to track down.
Let me show you the fastest and easiest way to locate the order ID, so you can open a case and get back the money which is rightfully yours from these thieves.
Step 1: Go to Reports -> Fulfillment
Step 2: Click on FBA customer returns
Step 3: Change the Event Date to “Last 365 Days” and click into the box that says LPN
The LPN is the number located on the bag of the item that was sent back to you from Amazon.
You can scan the barcode and it will enter the LPN into the field.
Step 4: Copy the “Amazon Order Id” and then follow my other guide
As you can see, this scumbag purchased Under Armour shorts from me and returned dirty, used no-name shorts from China.
If a buyer blatantly sends the wrong item, you will get your money back.
If the item is in a different condition, it might be worth a try but you probably won’t.
Best regards,
Alex Chung
