Amazon FBA Shipment Guide [Part 3: InventoryLab]
In this article, I will be showing you how to create a batch in InventoryLab, how to set up your printer for FNSKU labels and how to handle split shipments.
Let’s begin.
The first step you will have to take is to sign up for InventoryLab (non-affiliate). It currently costs $69/month.
I find it to be an indispensable tool, especially if you are trying to scale up because it will help you create shipments much faster, streamline your processes and have access to business reports.

How To Start An Amazon Business If You’re Really Short On Funds
If you are starting from $0, you might not have the luxury to purchase a lot of equipment, or any at all in order to start your Amazon business.
I’ve created a list of tools that I personally use for my Amazon business.
While many items on that list are nice to have, they are by no means necessary in order to get started.
In this blog post, I will be talking about how you can bootstrap your business with limited funds.

Sourcing is the first step of selling on Amazon and it entails the process of visiting stores, scanning items, analyzing data, finding profitable inventory and buying all the winners.
You can source at virtually any store, whether it is Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Walgreens, Target, Ollies, Nike Outlet, Nordstrom Rack, CVS, HomeGoods and more.
The possibilities are endless and there are unlimited opportunities available.
That being said, you cannot source all day and expect to get rich.
You have to move your inventory.
You have to get it into the hands of the consumers.

Today I’m going to show you guys everything I do once I get back from the store.
I’m going to show you the full process of how I create a shipment, how I prep my items, how I get the product barcode stickers, how I pack my boxes and how I ship it to Amazon. It’s going to be a full step-by-step guide from start to finish.
We’re in my workstation right now and basically first thing we need to do when we prep these items is we need to take a picture of the product with the receipt. I like to do this at places like Marshalls, TJMaxx and Ross (anywhere where the UPC barcode doesn’t show on the receipt and they have their own internal numbering system) because this will protect you from an IP complaint.
Now the next step is taking off all these stickers. We can do that using a heat gun and Goo-Gone. I also use scotty peelers.
Batch creation
Go to Inventory Lab and you want to create a new batch, and then press create.
Now you want to add these items to your batch, so you take your scanner and you scan your item.
